Administrative Manager (Aug 2015 – Dec 2016)
President Assistant (Jan 2015 – Dec 2016)
- Over all responsibilities of Staff/ Cadet Affairs, Transport, Housing and facilities, security and licensing.
- Provides a high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Also oversee all IT related projects such as Employees web portal, Employee Learning Program and backend support to the Marketing and business development team.
Operations Officer (Sept 2013 – Dec 2014)
- Coordinates and follows-up on vessels operations and attending to the needs of the principals and masters through the coordination with the concerned parties and suppliers to guarantee principals satisfaction.
- Ensures proper handling of requests and correspondence, ensures timely and proper berthing and un-berthing arrangements with the Port Corporation, documenting all movements and operations and corresponding costs on vessels and Guarantee that all communication charges with vessels are properly recorded and distributed on companies.

Strategic Planner (Dec 2011 – Feb 2013)
- Improve the CMS (Cadet Master Sheet) using a new ‘Time Based Dynamic Prediction Model’ for better forecasting while updating it on daily basis since it is the ONE STOP SHOP for Management, Finance, Flight School and Ground School.
- Update and circulate the Resource Planning Analysis (RPA) reports every month to allow
- management to plan fleet (aircraft and simulator) requirements, Flight Instructors requirements, and
- Ground Instructors requirements, and to enable accounting to plan and invoice accurately.
- Manage and Finalize the project of (Ayla Controlled Documents) and ensure that they are controlled by version system on weekly basis
- Migrate all Ayla’s internal Quality Audits to make complaint with Ayla’s Quality Manual.
Project Field Coordinator (Nov 2010 – Dec 2011)
- Efficiency and Effectiveness Enhancement Project for Local Women CBO’s in Aqaba
- Funded by CIDA-Gender and Social Fund.
- Manage and coordinate for a 7 months training program for 12 ladies from 3 local women CBO’s from villages surrounding the city of Aqaba (Desi, Rahma & Fenan), & reported directly to the project manager, finance manager and the fund administrator regarding the training schedule, and project finances.
- Manage all field evaluation visits with the CBO’s & the agency.
- Manage & follow up the technical coaching stage with the trainers and the CBO’s.
- Manage the TOT for the 12 women & the final evaluation.
Senior Project Coordinator (June 2009 – Oct 2010)
- Through focused efforts, team work & well-structured marketing plans, reached the target interns number for Aqaba Training Center of 1300 interns within 6 months only. (100 intern from villages of Aqaba &32 PWD)
- Coordinated and worked with artisan’s union in Aqaba to increase income level for 12 small businesses by 30% in 7 months for Tatweer project.
- Supervise and coordinate Maharat internship program including PWD, starting from the primary interviews, selection process upon criteria, orientation, follow up with training sessions (training department, trainers, attendance, grading, evaluation, testimonials & success stories follow up), clients follow up on the graduation projects, job placement and hiring follow up with both clients and interns, and salary finances follow up and reporting.
- Lead the marketing campaign and road shows in 4 governorates and 5 universities for Maharat program.
- Administrate the marketing and outreach to prospect clients, and preparing training and hall renting offers.
- Manage and design training programs and supervise scheduling, books selection, & training process follow up: design, coaching, experimental classes, evaluation, reformation and final implementation.
- Maintain good coordination and proper reporting of all 5 projects directly to the projects managers and managing board & keeping a clear arranged system of filing and records.
Financial Analyst (Mar – Dec 2008)
- Foreign Stock Exchange Technical analyst for the market sessions (Tokyo, London and New York) with a 53% of accuracy.
- Conducted a financial audit for 35 dead accounts and managed to retrieve 15000 USD back into the company chase.
